The ticket cancellation after its issuing is subject to the strict conditions of airlines and you will find cancellation conditions before the reservation in the General Commercial Terms and Conditions in the part II Conditions and Reservations and naturally in the attachment of the reservation confirmation which is sent by email to the address stated at the reservation on the web page www.pelikan.sk. Generally, there is a rule: the sooner the better. Of course, in case of ambiguity or any questions we are ready to answer your questions at the telephone number of our Customer Service. The cancellation fee includes the sum which is on the basis of the applied tariff conditions kept by the airline and a fee of the company pelicantravel. The difference between the cancellation fee and the paid sum will be returned to you in approximately 6-8 weeks after the delivery of properly filled cancellation form and approving by the airline.
